Delivery Information

Postage rates are as follows:

Standard £4.95 to mainland UK
Special Delivery (Next Day) £8.50
Orders over £100 free postage
Please contact for postage charges out of the UK

Items in your shopping cart will automatically be allocated to correct postage category.

We aim to dispatch orders (for items in stock) placed by 12pm the same day and standard delivery normally takes 2-5 working days, but may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. We will try to keep you informed of any delays, but please feel free to contact us for the status of your order at any time. We cannot guarantee the time of any deliveries, but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred by us if the parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts have been made to deliver the goods to you. (You will be refunded the cost of the items you ordered from us less our costs and a 25% restocking fee).

We cannot be held responsible for misdelivery / late delivery but will do everything within our power to rectify any situations as quickly as possible.

Services cannot be 100% guaranteed by us personally, but you maybe entitled to a partial refund of postage if the service fails and we can successfully claim from the carrier on your behalf.

Next Day Orders (Orders placed before 12pm)


England, Wales and Scottish lowlands next working day

Orders placed before 12pm Friday will be delivered Monday

Please note Scottish postcodes may take an extra day to deliver to. If you are unsure please contact us for details.

Overseas Orders


We are happy to export orders. Postage is charged at cost, and the VAT may be deducted on orders to non EC countries and BFPO addresses by dividing taxable items by 1.175.

Please always contact us for a quotation so that the correct payment can be sent which helps avoid dalays to your order. Any custom or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be the customers responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Goods Damaged In Transit


If you have chosen registered post you must ensure there is someone home to accept your parcel. When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels you are signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note.

Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods. (Please quote your order number in all correspondence),

Goods Lost In Transit


We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 2 working days from the advised standard delivery, 1 working day for next day delivery option).
